AKA CWLK (pronounced A.K.A C-Walk) is a rapper, producer, engineer, and creative director whose work blends music, identity, and visual language into a unified artistic world. Raised in Houston, CWLK’s approach to creation is rooted in intention, restraint, and evolution — prioritizing meaning over noise at every stage of the process.
CWLK’s recorded journey began with the release of IF I WAS AFFILIATED in early 2023. The EP served as his formal introduction, establishing a raw, confrontational tone while laying the foundation for his independent, self-directed sound. From the outset, CWLK handled his music end-to-end — producing, recording, mixing, and engineering his own work — a practice that remains central to his identity.
Later that year, he expanded emotionally and sonically with Relation Files, a project that leaned inward, emphasizing vulnerability, reflection, and layered production. In 2024, CWLK sharpened his aesthetic and presence with The Diamond EP, a release centered on polish, pressure, and self-worth. That era was later expanded through L I P, the official deluxe extension of The Diamond EP, pushing its themes further both sonically and visually.
In 2025, CWLK entered a new chapter with TWĮNZ, a collaborative album alongside AKA WI$E. As one half of the duo TWĮNZ, CWLK explored contrast and cohesion — chaos and calm, pressure and clarity — through abstract storytelling and textured sound design.
His most recent release, 100 MĮLEZ (KLTEKK FLIP), marked a sharp, forward-facing moment. The single is a collaboration with Kltekk, reworking the original track into a focused, high-energy statement that reflects CWLK’s continued evolution and technical confidence. (Not an album — a standalone single.)
Beyond solo work, CWLK has been deeply connected to the San Antonio creative scene since 2022, collaborating frequently with AKA WI$E and Jayy2kayy during a formative period of artistic growth. Their shared era is defined by independence, sharpened skill, and mutual respect.
As both an artist and architect, AKA CWLK’s sound is atmospheric, deliberate, and emotionally weighted. His delivery favors space and texture, while his production reinforces narrative rather than overpowering it.
